We inspect every item carefully before dispatch. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product received is defective or damaged during transit.
- The delivered item does not match the approved design, size, or customization details.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
⚠️ Custom/OEM orders with client logos, designs, or labeling are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or private-label apparel (with logo printing, embroidery, or branding).
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear and tear.
- Samples or promotional products.
- Clearance or discounted items.
3. Return Process
If your product qualifies for return:
- Email us at info@ansisstarindustries.com with your order number, issue details, and supporting photos/videos.
- Our quality assurance team will review your case within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the item back to our facility.
- Upon inspection, we’ll offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (if applicable, as per agreed terms).
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase (unless agreed otherwise).
- Shipping or courier costs are non-refundable, except in cases of verified production error or wrong delivery.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product (for size or color variations), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and additional shipping costs.
6. International Orders
For international shipments, buyers are responsible for:
- Return shipping charges, customs, or import duties (if applicable).
- Ensuring all returns are properly declared and packaged to avoid loss or damage.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment if production hasn’t started.
- Once artwork approval or bulk production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
